Victoria.Team is a done-for-you marketing service for trades, home-service and independent local businesses in Greater Victoria. It belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, which is Canadian and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and it is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We do the marketing work itself, week after week, so owners can stop doing it at night.
We are not a contractor. Nobody at Victoria.Team will ever show up at your customer's door with tools. Our job is marketing and growth advice for the businesses that do that work.
Why a done-for-you team exists
Most small-business owners in the region do not lack marketing advice. They lack time to act on it. They have read the articles, sat through the agency pitches and bought the software, and the marketing still lands at the bottom of a long list after quoting, scheduling, payroll and the work itself.
A done-for-you team answers a narrower question than an agency usually does: what if the owner simply did not have to do this? That changes how we work. We measure ourselves partly on how little of your time we need, and we design every process so your part fits into a few minutes a week.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi holds an MBA in Technology Management and has 17+ years of marketing experience, starting in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
His other ventures include Conv.ca, which specialises in conversion-rate optimisation, and MyAutomation.ca; at SAZ.ca he is Founder and Managing Partner. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai, and has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca and BCWide.ca.
Ali is the only person named on this site, and that is deliberate. We do not publish invented team pages. When you call, you speak with a senior strategist, and Ali remains accountable for the strategy on every account.
The group behind us
Sedighi.ca is Ali's own consulting company, covering growth, marketing and technology. Under that roof you will find Trades.Agency, which is our parent for trades work, alongside HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Conv.ca and BusinessConsulting.ca. The plans and terms we use are the ones Trades.Agency publishes.
Ali also founded SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, a Canadian firm advising on strategy, AI and how to speed up revenue growth. Between the two, Victoria.Team can call on marketing production, conversion work and business strategy without the owner having to coordinate any of it.
How we work
A few rules shape every engagement:
- You own everything. Domains, websites, profiles, ad accounts and analytics are in your name, with us added as users.
- We start with a takeover. The first 30 days are about finding and fixing what you have before we add anything new.
- We report on one page. The monthly owner brief shows work, spend, leads and next steps in plain language.
- We use real proof only. Our case studies are results from our HVAC work, each linked to the client's live site. We never dress them up as results in other trades.
- No lock-in. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice.
What we will not do
Saying no is part of the job. We will not promise rankings or a set number of leads, because nobody honestly can. We will not write reviews for you, buy followers, or publish pages that pretend you serve places you do not. We will not install tracking that sends your customers' details somewhere you have not approved.
We also give no legal, accounting or code-compliance advice. Where a question touches on licensing, safety or tax, we point you to the right regulator or professional.

No. The group is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. Greater Victoria clients can consult with us in person or by video call, as well as by call, text, email and screen share, and we do not list an address we do not have.
Do you install or repair anything?
No. We are a marketing and business consulting service. We do not install, repair or service anything for anyone; we market the businesses that do.
How many people will work on my account?
That depends on your plan and what you need. Ali leads strategy and is accountable for the work, and you will always know who to contact. Ask on the first call and we will tell you exactly who touches your accounts.
