Services

Five jobs we take off your plate

Each service is a piece of marketing work we do for you, every week, so you never have to log in. Most Victoria owners start with the takeover and add the rest as the first month settles.

Every service on this page is a job we do instead of you. None of them is a report telling you what to do next. Pick by asking one question: which marketing task are you most behind on right now? That is usually where a Victoria owner should start, right after the marketing takeover.

The five services fit together. The takeover gives us clean access, the campaigns and content bring people in, lead response makes sure they reach you, and the brief tells you what it all produced. If you want to see how the pieces are priced, the pricing page maps them to plans.

Marketing takeover and cleanup

The takeover is the first 30 days, and every engagement starts with it. We find every account your business has ever opened, recover the ones held by former staff or old suppliers, fix tracking, and move ownership into your name.

Choose it first if you cannot say who has the password to your Google Business Profile, or if you pay for software nobody uses. It is also the right start if a previous agency left and took access with them. Details are on the takeover page.

Done-for-you ad campaigns

We build and run your Google and Meta ads, check them every week and adjust budgets to your calendar. When you are fully booked, you text us and we pull spend back the same day.

This suits businesses where one job is worth enough to pay for the clicks: renovation, roofing, electrical upgrades, landscaping builds, clinics with good lifetime value. It suits a $15 coffee order far less. Read more on the campaigns page.

Content produced from your phone photos

Most owners know their website and Google profile are stale, but writing is the last thing they want to do after a day on site. We ask for photos and a two-line note from good jobs, then turn them into project pages, profile posts and service-page updates.

Choose this when your site still says the same thing it said years ago, or when competitors in Saanich or Langford show recent work and you show nothing. See the content page.

Lead response setup and audit

A done-for-you team is wasted if inquiries go unanswered. We set up call tracking, missed-call text-back and saved replies, then check monthly how fast leads are getting a first response.

Choose this if you lose calls while on a ladder, in a crawlspace or with a client. It is often the cheapest fix with the fastest payback, because it rescues demand you already paid for. Details on the lead response page.

The monthly owner brief

Once a month you get one page and a short call. It shows what we did, what you spent, the calls, texts and emails that came in, and the one or two changes we plan next.

The brief is included with every plan. It is how you hold us to account without learning analytics. Read how it works on the owner brief page.

How to choose if you can only start with one

If budget forces a choice, use this order:

  1. Takeover first, always. Without access and tracking, every other dollar is a guess.
  2. Lead response second if you know you miss calls. It costs little and protects everything after it.
  3. Campaigns third if your average job is worth a few hundred dollars or more and you have room in your schedule.
  4. Content fourth if you can wait a few months for search results to build.

Our guide on what to hand off and what to keep goes deeper on that decision. When you are ready, the contact page explains what to send us.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy all five services?

No. The takeover and the monthly brief come with every engagement, because we cannot run anything properly without them. Ads, content and lead response are added based on where your work actually comes from.

Which service brings in work fastest?

Paid ads usually produce the first calls, often within the first few weeks once tracking is right. Content and profile work take longer but keep paying after you stop spending.

Can you work with the web person I already have?

Yes, if they are responsive. We will tell you in the first month whether the arrangement is slowing things down, and you decide what to do about it.

Will you do the trade work itself or answer my phones?

No to both. We are not a contractor and we do not run a call centre. We build the system that makes sure calls, texts and emails reach you quickly and get a fast first reply.
