Our plans are the Trades.Agency plans, applied to a done-for-you service for Greater Victoria. Growth is $1,999 a month on month-to-month terms, or $1,499 a month if billed annually. Elite and Enterprise cost more and include more. Every plan runs month to month, you can cancel with 30 days' notice, and Canadian clients add 5% GST.
Ad spend is never hidden inside our fee. You pay Google and Meta directly, on your own card, in accounts in your name. The full published price list lives on Trades.Agency's pricing page.

How the plans map to our services
Every plan starts with the marketing takeover and includes the monthly owner brief. What changes between plans is breadth: how many channels run at once and how much is produced. As a rough guide, before we confirm scope in writing:
- Growth fits a single-location business that needs its accounts fixed, one paid channel run properly, steady profile updates and lead response set up.
- Elite fits a business ready for more than one channel at once, for example Google Ads and Meta together, with more frequent content and a website rebuild at half the usual design price.
- Enterprise fits a larger operation with several service lines or a wide service area across the region, where a dedicated team and priority turnaround are worth paying for.
We confirm the exact scope in writing before you start, so you know what each month includes.
What drives the cost up or down
The plan sets our fee. Your total marketing cost also depends on things only you control:
- Ad budget. This is usually the biggest variable. A landscaper testing one service in Langford needs far less than a renovation firm covering the whole core.
- How many service lines you sell. Each one needs its own pages, keywords and tracking.
- The state of your current setup. A clean, owned set of accounts makes the takeover quicker. A tangle of lost logins takes longer.
- How much material you send. Content built from your photos costs us the same time whether you send two jobs or ten, but more material means more to publish.
A worked budget for one owner
Say you choose Growth on annual billing at $1,499 a month, plus 5% GST, which comes to about $1,574. You add $1,000 a month of Google Ads spend, paid directly. Your total marketing cost is about $2,574 a month.
If your average job is $1,500 at a 40% margin, each job earns roughly $600 toward overheads and profit. You would need about five booked jobs a month from marketing to cover that cost. Repeat customers and referrals from those jobs come on top. Run this sum with your own numbers before you call; if it does not work on paper, we will tell you.
Our guide on hiring in-house or going done-for-you compares these costs with hiring staff.
How to choose
Pick the smallest plan that covers the channels you really need for the next six months. You can move up when the first channel is paying its way. If you are unsure, start with the free consultation: tell us your average job value, your margin and how much more work you can take on, and we will recommend a plan, or tell you a plan is not the right step yet.

Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the plan price?
No. Ad spend goes from your card straight to Google or Meta, in accounts you own. Our fee covers the work, so you can always see the two numbers separately.
Is there a contract?
Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual billing lowers the monthly price if you are ready to commit for a year.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. If you run an eligible trades business, the first 30-minute consultation costs nothing and is kept apart from the paid plans. If a hand-off is not right for you, we will say so.
Do you charge GST?
Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add 5% GST on top of the plan price.
